A: Yes. You can transfer funds from existing TFSA, RRSP, LIRA, or RESP accounts tax-free to invest in WCMIF.

A: Real estate is an illiquid asset, which is exactly why it pays higher returns than a savings account. This investment is best suited for those willing to park capital for 3-4 years to maximize growth. *In private equity investments, you trade liquidity for lower (or no) volatility.
