Corporate Head Office

As an investor you do not directly invest into the development projects and other real estate assets. Instead, you are invested in the Mutual Fund Trust. The Fund then invests into each individual project. Once a project is completed or sold, the Participating Profit Share is divided among the current investors and the Fund capital is then redeployed into the next project.

Key Asset Facts

  • The Fund acquired this 1800 SF office in 2024. Located at the south end of No. 2 Road, the office consists of two ground-floor strata lots which have been combined by the former owner from new in 2009. The strata lots were combined to form executive offices and were improved upon by being outfitted with 5 individual sound-proof offices, a boardroom, staff kitchen, washrooms with shower and a reception area.
  • The offices serve as corporate headquarters for WCMIF, Easy-Invest EMD and the various holding and development companies involved with the projects.
  • The asset is projected to be sold at a profit in 5 years.

The Beach House at Saratoga project resulted in a return on investment of approx. 13% per annum, which is made up of the annual fixed target interest rate plus the participating profit share.
